Sisters Network Inc. Launches Groundbreaking 90-Day Breast Health Awareness Campaign on TikTok Targeting Young Black Women, Featuring the 2026 SIS Squad

09.01.2026 Press Releases

Breast cancer doesn’t affect all women equally, and for young Black women, the statistics are alarming.

That’s why Sisters Network® Inc. (SNI), the nation’s largest black breast cancer survivorship organization, is launching
SIS Talks: Breast Health Unfiltered — a groundbreaking 90-day campaign on TikTok targeting young Black women, created to raise awareness, educate and encourage them to take action for their breast health.

Sisters Network® Inc. continues to create innovative and impactful breast health awareness initiatives that meet young women where they are — and this campaign is no exception.

The campaign is made possible through the support of Novartis, the campaign’s Impact Sponsor, with additional support from Lilly, Merck and Daiichi Sankyo, whose commitment to advancing health equity aligns with Sisters Network mission of eliminating disparities in breast cancer outcomes.

Launching September 1, the 90-day campaign introduces the “2026 SIS Squad,” consisting of breast cancer survivors under 35 and creators Amanda Butler, Rosa Skinner, Victoria Price, Zi’Asia Jackson-Rose, Brooklyn Olumba, and Kiara Prince, who have a combined audience of nearly 200,000+ followers. Together, they’ll roll out content focused on awareness, education and action — sharing honest conversations, survivor stories, myth-busting content and practical breast health education that is culturally relevant, medically accurate and impossible to ignore.

The timing for this campaign couldn’t be more critical. Black women under 40 have higher rates of breast cancer as compared to white women. Black women are also two times more likely to be diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Sisters Network Inc. is ringing the alarm — this campaign is designed to normalize the conversation around breast health and empower young Black women to take action and stay aware of their bodies.

“We can’t keep expecting different outcomes from the same approach,” said Caleen Allen, Executive Vice President, Sisters Network Inc. “Young Black women are already on TikTok — learning, laughing and building community. We want to be there too, with trusted voices, real survivor stories and information that could save their lives.”

Throughout the 90-day campaign, followers can expect powerful survivor stories from the 2026 SIS Squad, TikTok LIVE conversations featuring breast health medical experts, including breast surgeon Dr. Ryland Gore, myth-busting breast cancer education, early detection tips and self-advocacy resources.

All campaign content is medically compliant, ensuring viewers receive accurate, evidence-based information.

This isn’t just another awareness campaign — it’s a groundbreaking, unique movement built on truth, community and representation. Follow @Sis_Talks and @SistersNetwork on TikTok. You can also join us by sharing the campaign hashtags: #SisTalksUnfiltered.
