What services do affiliate chapters provide?

• Conduct monthly support meetings
• Conduct National Educational Outreach Programs in the local community
• Provide breast health resources to the local community

 

How do I establish an affiliate chapter?

• You must be a breast cancer survivor.
• Create an Executive Committee.
• The community must have demonstrated the need.

 

The following information must be submitted for affiliate chapter consideration:

• Your breast cancer story
• Resume
• Biography (as it relates to breast cancer)

 

Once the application is submitted you will receive a phone call or email from Sisters Network Inc. National Headquarters informing you of the next steps.
