- Conduct monthly support meetings
- Conduct National Educational Outreach Programs in the local community
- Provide breast health resources to the local community
How do I establish an affiliate chapter?
- You must be a breast cancer survivor.
- Create an Executive Committee.
- The community must have demonstrated the need.
The following information must be submitted for affiliate chapter consideration:
- Your breast cancer story
- Resume
- Biography (as it relates to breast cancer)
Once the application is submitted you will receive a phone call or email from Sisters Network Inc. National Headquarters informing you of the next steps.
